The First Phase
The first phase is the initial consultation. During the initial consultation, we will meet with you to discuss the project, acquire your floor plans, and obtain anything else necessary to fully determine the best way we can serve you. The initial fee for this consultation is $50 per hour in the Houston Metro Plex area.  If outside the Houston Metro Plex Area, the fee is $50.00 per hour, plus a 2 hour minimum driving fee to location. (I.e. $100.00 to drive to location of project.  $50.00 per hour from then on to work on project.

The Second Phase
The second phase is research and planning. This phase consists of shopping for Furniture, wall color’s, accessories, and other tasks necessary to present you with a complete plan to satisfy your needs. There is no charge for this service if furniture is purchased from K & D Home and Design however if client prefers furniture from another source the charge for this service is $50.00 per hour minimum 3 hour shopping. The assessment of these fees will include the time spent with the client or at the client's facility. Should you request any services to be performed without being present (i.e. shopping or research), the same fee will be assessed, but it shall not exceed 3 hours on any given day. This charge will apply only if you give consent or make a request for such services to be performed.

The Third Phase
The third phase is delivery and setup. For an additional delivery fee, we will arrange deliveries to your facility. Delivery fees usually range from $75 - $125, depending on the circumstances of each delivery (i.e. distance and size of cargo). You may choose to avoid this fee by picking up your order at our warehouse.
