Returns may be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order. A re-stocking charge of 20% and return shipping charges will apply.

All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization. K & D will designate the return carrier upon issuance of return authorization.* ALL merchandise must be returned as originally received; i.e.: unassembled, packed in original manufacturer's packaging. Merchandise not in this criterion is "NOT" eligible for return under any circumstance.

If I return an item, do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. A re-stocking charge of 20% and return shipping will apply.

Can I cancel an order that has been shipped but I have not received yet?

Yes. You can cancel an order that is in transit, however, the original shipping charges is non-refundable, you will be charged for the return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee. 

What happens if I want to return an item more than 7 days after receipt?

K & D can not accept the returns after 7 days.
